In juicer combine:
1 beet (helps to repair the lining of arteries and promotes vasodilation to lower pressure in arteries)
4-6 ribs of celery (contains phytonutrients that act as a diuretic, vasodilator, ace inhibitor and vasodilator)
2 cucumbers (has diuretic properties)
5-6 leaves of collard greens (promotes repair of DNA and arteries and reduces cholesterol)
2 lemons
1 apple (preferably green)
2 kiwi
1 cup of watermelon (metabolites can aid in production of nitric oxide which relaxes blood vessels)
*Beets, kiwi, watermelon and apples can be sweet so should be limited in diabetics
